2. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, our team will contact you via phone call or SMS to confirm the order. Orders that are not confirmed may be cancelled automatically.
3. Pricing & Payment
All product prices are displayed clearly on the website. Delivery charges (if applicable) will be mentioned during checkout.
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method.
4. Delivery Policy
- Inside Dhaka: Usually 1–2 working days
- Outside Dhaka: Usually 2–4 working days
Delivery time may vary due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays.
5. Product Receiving
Please check the product in the presence of the delivery person. Any complaints raised after receiving the product may not be accepted.
6. Return & Refund Policy
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Used, damaged, or intentionally altered products are not eligible for return.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed within a reasonable time.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support. Once the product is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

We are not responsible for any injury, accident, or damage caused by improper use of the product. Always follow road safety rules and use safety gear responsibly.
